Special offers from Gray's Heating & Cooling!

Excellent experience with Gray's. They provided a very competitive quote to replace my furnace, and once I gave them the go-ahead, they had a technician on site within 15 minutes—that level of responsiveness is rare. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the process. Highly recommend Gray's for anyone looking for fast, reliable, and fairly priced HVAC service.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gray's both personally and professionally. They’ve handled my regular furnace and AC maintenance for many years, always to my satisfaction. When it came time to replace my furnace, their expertise with our complex setup made it an easy decision to trust them with such a significant investment. Professionally, the company I work for also relies on Gray's to provide reliable and cost-efficient service to nearly 200 condo associations across the Chicagoland area. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient — truly a pleasure to work with.

My experience with Gray's was world class. From the initial estimate walk through in my home, to the installation of my new heat pump and furnace, the experience was pleasant the whole way through. The entire process with Gray's was efficient and effective, just like our new HVAC system. They've found the perfect combination of new school technology and old school relationship building. I feel like I'm in the right hands going forward!

Gray's, thank you for sending Anthony to us. It was a late night emergency call. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. We will definitely keep your company in mind should we need any additional service. Thank you!

We had Gray's come out to see why our AC unit wasn’t cooling correctly. They were able to come out right away, then figured out we had a small leak. We were given options by the tech that made me feel like I wasn’t being forced into a decision I didn’t want to make like I’ve felt from other companies. I wasn’t being talked into buying a whole new system, which was very important to me. Kirby was able to fix everything up that day and we had cold AC in under 3 hours. The office staff were easy to deal with. I also spoke to the owner, Dan, when he followed up with me and he was super friendly and professional.

I recently had Sergio and Eric come over to update our AC unit for the summer, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism was evident. They thoroughly inspected our unit and quickly diagnosed the issue causing it to shut off unexpectedly. Not only did they fix the problem efficiently, but they also provided us with excellent recommendations to prevent future issues. Their expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend Sergio and Eric for anyone in need of AC maintenance or repairs.

We were in desperate need of help. Our furnace had stopped working and the sub-freezing temps were expected to drop to zero. Panic was setting in. But, Gray's was able to send their skilled technician, Sergio, who arrived almost two hours ahead of schedule. Sergio, diligently and expertly examined the furnace. Eventually, he diagnosed that a very dirty heat exchanger was causing poor airflow causing the system to shut down. He then spent a considerable amount of time in a very cramped space cleaning the suspect part. Eventually, he emerged, dirt smudged on his face with a bag filled with dirt. The system restarted and we are not in danger of suffering from hypothermia.
